Cross-Cheque Maintenance

We are introducing a maintenance service for support for Lewis CROSS-CHEQUE. The annual cost is $110 including GST. Fuller details .

If you are using XC Version 6 Win

Your options are:

Pay $110 for maintenance, and you will get the XC 7 update .
Pay for each Help incident, at a cost of $66 (including GST).

If you are using XC Version 6 Dos

There will be no further XC DOS updates beyond the 6.1 series. Your options are:

Upgrade to Windows. You will get XC Version 7 , plus a year’s maintenance. Cost is $220.
Stay on DOS, and pay maintenance of $110. We will still be able to provide telephone support.
Stay on DOS, and pay for each Help incident.

If you are using XC Version 5

This version does not have handling of GST, and is still used by a few non-business customers. Your options are:

Upgrade to the latest version. The cost is $220 if you are using the Windows version, or $330 if you are using the DOS version. We will send you XC version 7 plus the manual which was completely rewritten when Version 6 was issued. You will get maintenance coverage for a year.
Stay with your existing version, and pay maintenance of $110. We will still be able to provide telephone support.
Stay with your existing version, and pay for each Help incident.

New Purchasers of XC licenses

Purchase price includes maintenance support for one year.

People who have purchased a new Cross-Cheque license since the beginning of 2003 will get the upgrade. Maintenance will be extended to one year after the original purchase. This does not apply to purchasers of Cross-Cheque updates.
