The ongoing cost of maintenance support is $110 per year. If you are using any subsidiary licenses, there will be an extra fee of $55 for each subsidiary. More details .

We will be able to provide support for either Version 4 or Version 5 of AP, either as an annual maintenance fee, or with a one-off charge for each support incident.

In these examples, all prices include GST. The price is more if there are subsidiary licenses.

If you are using AP Version 4 Dos

There will be no further AP DOS updates beyond the 4.1 series. Your options are:

Upgrade to Windows. You will get the AP Version 5, plus a year’s maintenance. Cost is $330.
Upgrade to Windows, but pay for support as required. Cost is $220.
Stay on DOS, and pay maintenance of $110. We will still be able to provide telephone support.
Stay on DOS, and pay for each Help incident, at a cost of $66 (including GST).

If you are using AP Version 5 Win

Your options are:

Pay annual maintenance of $110, and you will get unlimited telephone support, plus any further updates.
Pay for each Help incident, at a cost of $66 (including GST).
