The maintenance service entitles you to:

Telephone assistance from Custom-Made Software Pty Ltd. This service is always
available in business hours, and on most evenings and weekends. There is no
limit to the number of calls or their duration.

Notification of changes to the tax scales and other system parameters.

New versions of the programs. There are two major reasons why the program is
modified from time to time - general improvements in the package, and also changes
of regulations affecting taxation and payroll.
The purchase price of PAY-PACK includes the maintenance service for two months after
the purchase.
Thereafter the maintenance service is available for an annual fee. The annual fee
is payable in advance. An invoice will be sent a month before the expiration of
the existing service. All amounts are in Australian dollars.
The annual maintenance fees are as follows. All prices include GST.
