Pay Slip Stationery

Lewis PAY-PACK prints pay slips onto plain paper. This is fine for many of our users, but some users prefer special pay slip stationery. This way the employee receives the pay with the sensitive payroll data printed inside a sealed envelope.

Pay Slip Stationery for Laser Printers

These are self sealing and can be readily folded and sealed either by hand for small employers or by a machine for larger employers. The pay advices and folding machines are being marketed as Seal Lock.

The development of these has taken some time due to the research and testing which was put into determining the best glue type to use, to withstand the considerable heat inside Laser printers. The product code and name is V-100 Seal Lock A4 single sheet pay advice. They are available now from Essential Software.

Continuous Pay Slip Stationery

For 15 years Essential Software has been supplying continuous pay stationery to PAY-PACK users. This range of forms, which is for use with dot-matrix printers, is still available and will be continued. Four types of continuous form are available:

Pay/2. A simple duplicate sheet, one for the employee the other for the office.
Pay/Env. An envelope into which cash or cheques can be inserted and sealed. Comes with a top office copy.
Pay/Seal-3. A pre sealed advice for direct debit payments. Comes with a top office copy.
Pay/Seal-2. Same as above but without the office copy.
