Year 2000 Compliance
When entering a date you enter
the last two digits of the year. Thus 99 for year 1999, and 00 for year
2000. The program will know that a date with year 99 is earlier than a date with
year 00.
All date calculations are done in a concentrated area of the program so it is easy
for us to test.
